Shipping policy
We use J&T Express/GoGo Xpress as our primary couriers. It usually takes around 1-3 days to deliver to Metro Manila and 2-4 days for provincial areas. Deliveries could get delayed due to the current situation. Orders made in a day are shipped the next day. We do not ship out orders during Sundays.

Refund Policy
- We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. We do not accept refunds, but you may ask for a size exchange (shipping fee to be shouldered by the buyer).
- To be eligible for a return/size exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- To start a return, you can contact us through our social media pages. (Facebook / Instagram: @studio.montecarlo) If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
